                  SENIORS CARD

The Seniors Card was introduced by the SA Government in partnership with the private sector. The card encourages seniors to maintain an active lifestyle by entitling them to concessions on public transport and other services e.g.:

  • Accommodation
  • Sport
  • Retailing
  • Hospitality
  • Commercial services
  • Entertainment
  • Culture
  • Travel
  • Health and fitness.

You may also be entitled to rebates on Council rates (up to a maximum of $100) and the Emergency Services Levy (up to a maximum of $40).

Who is eligible?
All permanent residents of Australia, aged 60 years or over and working no more than 20 hours per week in paid employment. The Seniors Card is issued free.
