Infrared sensor lights can be purchased from your local hardware store.

KeySafe – never hide a key outside, instead use a KeySafe. The key Safe lock is a strong sturdy metal lockable box that can be easily mounted externally to your home with your house spare keys inside. It comes with a combination lock that you can set your own code into. It allows anyone you know and trust to have access to your home should that become necessary and is useful in case of emergency.
