Domiciliary Care SA provides services to people with reduced ability to care for themselves, assisting them to stay in their own homes.
Do you or any of your family have difficulty with the following?
- Bowels or bladder
- Cutting toe nails
- Coping with stress or relationships
- Confusion/memory loss.
Aboriginal Staff are employed by Domcare SA to provide culturally appropriate services to Aboriginal people. These services are provided under strict confidentiality.
Dom Care SA provides services to people with reduced capacity, assisting them to stay living in their own homes close to loved ones, family and local community.
Dom Care’s services include physical assistance, rehabilitation and social support for those in need as well as respite and support for their caregivers.
Through helping to improve quality of life and promote independence,
Dom Care’s assistance often prevents premature or inappropriate admission to residential care. Staff will:
- Support older people and people with disabilities in the community to remain living in their own home
- Assist the person to understand their medical and physical problems
- Be respectful of culture
- Help you find ways to live with your problems
- Work together with clients, their families and other agencies.
